Besides the daily CrossFit classes, we also offer Olympic Weightlifting classes, often simply referred to as weightlifting or OLY. In this sport there will be a focus on the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. These are the main movements, but the programming will help you to become a better overall lifter.
The OLY classes can be added to your regular CrossFit training schedule to help you understand the movements, there will be even more one-on-one guidance and more time to focus only on the lifts and improving your technique. During this class there will be no intense workouts, just you and the barbell.
OLY classes are open to all levels. It is a great way to get to know a movement before joining a CrossFit class or after years of lifting to work on technique drills. There is always room for improvement!
