Besides the daily CrossFit classes, we also offer Olympic Weightlifting classes, often simply referred to as weightlifting. In this sport athlete’s attempt a maximum-weight single lift, with the focus on the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
The Olympic Weightlifting classes can be added to your regular Crossfit training schedule to help you understand the movements and become a better lifter.
The focus in this class is about improving technique and explosiveness with a smaller group for even better one on one coaching by our weightlifting coach.
The Olympic Weightlifting class is open for all levels.
