In our conditioning workouts you can expect longer endurance workouts. The use of equipment will be minimal; dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers and assault bikes. There will be very few complex movements as the focus here will mainly be on endurance.
The coaches will be making sure that you can easily move for a longer period of time. We recommend the conditioning classes for all our new members because it is a great way to learn the basic movements and get your sweat on!
