We combine the best of Functional CrossFit and HYROX training to develop strength and endurance
Functional CrossFit classes
You will train all the classic CrossFit movements without a barbell. It makes this functional training more focused on intensity, strength and endurance. Instead of spending a lot of time on technical drills, we have more time to move more during a one hour class.
HYROX classes
During a training session, you will perform all HYROX-specific movements like running, rowing, ski-erg, sled work along with additional exercises that help you build a stronger, fitter, and more resilient body. Everyone trains at their own level, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
