Conditioning
In our conditioning workouts you can expect longer endurance workouts. The use of equipment will be minimal; dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, jump ropes, rowers and bikes. There will be very few complex movements as the focus here will mainly be on endurance and making you sweat. A perfect class to start your CrossFit journey or if you not into difficult movements. but just want to come in and workout.
The coaches will be making sure that you can easily move for a longer period of time. We recommend the conditioning classes for all our new members because it is a great way to learn the basic movements and get a good base movement wise. The conditioning class is also perfect to combine with any other class, or to join when you are sore.
