In our strength classes you will work on the foundations. The focus will be on basic push-pull and squat variations such as pull ups, bulgarian split squats and bench press.
During class we will primarily be doing compound movements to get a stronger base and adding accessory work to work the smaller muscle groups that are often forgotten. We start every class with the bigger, heavier movements and end with smaller super sets on lighter weights. For the smaller movements we use dumbbells, sand bags and landmines.
These classes are open for all levels and are highly recommended for our newer members or our members that want to focus on building their strength.
