FAQ about our memberships
For beginners, we recommend starting with our CrossFit Functional Only membership for two times per week or our CrossFit 9 times per 4 weeks. These memberships are specifically designed for beginners to gradually ease into the CrossFit training. You need enough rest when you just start CrossFit or didn’t work out in years.
Yes! Your membership will run for 4 weeks. I doesn’t matter what date you start. From the first day you start your membership will last for 4 weeks and will automatically renew.
Most members start with working out twice a week on a regular base. It’s hard to build a new routine and it takes time. After 3 months, it will get easier and you can always upgrade. We want to members to build up slowly and get their body/mind used to CrossFit first.
Yes, you can definitely change your membership! To make any changes to your membership, please send an email to info@crossfitdomcity.com with your request. Our team will assist you in making the necessary changes.
In most cases, yes! We truly believe that moving helps, always. Our coaches are well trained on creating scaling options, that are safe and motivating. Please let us know what’s is going on and we create a personal program during the class. We’ve had members coming in with broken fingers and still enjoyed training the lower body.
The number of participants in each class varies, but we strive to maintain optimal class sizes to ensure personalized attention and a quality training experience. Our regular CrossFit classes accommodate up to 14 members, CrossFit Conditioning has a maximum of 10 participants, Strength & OLY classes are limited to 12 people, and Functional CrossFit can host up to 16 individuals.
