FAQ about our class schedule
Of course! If you need to change your class reservation, please use our Dom City app. Just make sure to make any changes at least 2 hours in advance for afternoon classes and evening classes, and 12 hours in advance for morning classes. To late? This is a late cancel and you loose a credit. If you have a good reason, shoot us an email.
This depends which membership you have. With our full memberships, you can join all types of classes at both locations. Whether it’s Classic CrossFit, Functional CrossFit, or any other class, you’ll have access to them all. With a Functional CrossFit Only you can join all Functional CrossFit classes at Kanaalweg.
To change your membership, please send an email to info@crossfitdomcity.com with your request. Our team will assist you in making the necessary changes to your membership.
You are allowed to book a Open Gym slot and join a class, but not two classes a day. This is subject to availability/class capacity, we want to have enough spots for all members. Also training twice a day is for most people not the most effective way to get. Rest is growth and your body needs enough rest to be ready for the next session. 😉
In most cases, yes! We truly believe that moving helps, always. Our coaches are well trained on creating scaling options, that are safe and motivating. Please let us know what’s is going on and we create a personal program during the class. We’ve had members coming in with broken fingers and still enjoyed training the lower body.
