Are you looking for that extra one on one attention to help you achieve your goals? Or do you need a bit extra motivation to start your fitness-journey?

We offer one on one private coaching for athletes who are just starting out and want to get a personalized introduction and head start into CrossFit. It is also available for athletes who wish to work on specific goals, like getting your first pull up. Or athletes that are training towards a competition.
