Endurance

In these classes you can expect longer workouts. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, jump ropes, rowers and bikes. There will be fewer complex movements as the focus here will mainly be on conditioning and making you sweat. A perfect class to start your CrossFit journey or if you’re not into difficult movements. but just want to come in and move.

The coaches will be making sure that you can easily move for a longer period of time. It’s a great way to learn the basic movements and get a decent foundation. The Endurance class is also perfect to combine with any other class, or to join when you are sore.
