Stretching and training your mobility is something that we always recommend our members to do. However the chance that you will stretch at home are small, that’s why we decided to offer Yoga classes that will compliment your CrossFit journey. We offer a more Yin styled yoga, this is where you hold certain poses for around 3-5 minute. This goes deep into your joints. Other than Yin we also offer Vinyasa/Hatha, a more flowy type of yoga.
